Great location and price

The first time, I was given room 105 on the ground floor, a bit noisy due to its proximity to reception and the bars nearby.

I loved the convenience of having an appartment in the city.

The staff is very supportive.

We had small problems like light bulbs not replaced, air conditioner going out.

I booked a standard double room. When I arrived they gave me an apartment but they told me that they needed to move me to a standard double room, but they didn´t know when I would have to move. I was moved to a standard room at the third day. I didn´t like the room because it was on the ground floor very near reception so it was very noisy sometimes, and the room had not window!, the only way to get fresh air it was opening the door of the room. I explained this to receptionist and he told that they only have a few standard rooms, and all of them are on the ground floor, near reception. Anyway, the people of reception was always very kind.

The hotel is located in a great area, perfect for holidaymakers looking for a central spot. It is close to the best places to eat, drink, and enjoy the nightlife and attractions of the city. Rooms are well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with excellent facilities including kitchens and laundry areas. Staff are friendly and helpful, with a dedicated taxi driver who speaks good English and can provide invaluable local knowledge.

Some rooms may experience occasional power outages, but staff work hard to manage this issue.

I had a great stay in this city, close to some of the best restaurants on 9 Ave. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Transportation was easily accessible as it was located right in the centre of a great part of this city. I loved how close the hotel was to clubs in the area.

Christmas in Colombia was a great experience with a hotel that offered excellent customer service and clean rooms. The staff was always helpful, and the hotel offered a great location with nearby attractions and restaurants. the hotel had reliable internet access that allowed me to stay in touch with family during my stay.

The hotel did not offer much variety in terms of dining options, with few vegetarian or vegan options available. the room decor was a bit outdated and could have used a modern touch.

Aesthetically pleasing apartment, good A/C, full-size fridge, home away from home feeling, working microwave, English channels on flat screens.
